Join us for the unique opportunity to learn a new skill! On Saturdays we offer community classes led by educated peers or professionals. Learn things like gardening, sewing, computer skills, 3D printing & more! Check our calendar each month as we are always offering new things!

 

May 31st  – Sourdough 101 – a hands-on class where you’ll discover the magic of sourdough! Learn the process of making and maintaining your very own sourdough starter and how to use it to bake delicious, traditional bread.

Beginner Class: 12-1:00pm

 

June 14th Hygiene And Hair Care- Simplified and Explained. Learn about self care and adaptations in a sensory friendly way. Taught by an autistic hairstylist of 15 years.

*All Ages Class: 10-11:30am

*Adult Only Class: 1-2:30pm

New Skill Saturday is held on the accessible first floor of our building and includes access to our self serve cafe area during or immediately following the program. You will have access to the upstairs rental library and maker space during this event. (Please note that this requires going up a set of stairs.)Adults must remain on site when bringing children and register for each person attending class.
